It’s freezing cold today – I feel it knife through me when I walk outside; I am keenly and painfully aware that a pair of slacks does nothing to stave off the elements. When I have something I need to do outside, I am highly motivated to get back inside as soon as I possibly can.

In moments like these, I am thankful for God’s blessing, that I have a warm home to come home to, that my wife and children do not have to sit in temperatures like this all day. But this is not always true for everyone...
